The quizzes and tests are written in Spanish with few English instructions so that students will show their comprehension abilities when choosing answers for the blanks. Scripture memorization is included on the quizzes and tests. Answer choices are sometimes very similar, but only one will complete the answer correctly because of the grammar’s requirements.Example: If a sentence says El _____ va a la escuela, and the choices given are chico, chicos, and chica, the students know that only chico can be the correct answer. (The first word in the sentence (El ) is the singular, masculine form which means "the." The choices given mean "boy, boys," and "girl." The word va means "he or she goes.")
