Reading 6 Student Text engages students with a variety of character-building stories as well as classical literature selections from which biblical principles are drawn. An emphasis on literary elements, higher-level thinking skills, and vocabulary enrichment is a bridge to the traditional literature classes that begin in junior high. The student text includes samples from classic authors, Charles Dickens, Kenneth Grahame, Emily Dickinson, and Robert Browning.
