BJU Press Bible 1 helps first-grade students learn Bible truths and how to apply them to their lives. This Bible curriculum for Grade 1 introduces students to the stories of Adam, Moses, David, Jesus, Peter, and Paul to teach them foundational doctrines. Lessons in the Bible 1: Truths for Life book teach principles of biblical living, biblical worldview development, Bible memorization, and songs that reinforce Bible truths.
In this first-grade Bible curriculum, your first graders will begin learning Bible truths about God, God’s works, the Fall, Christ, salvation, Christian living, and the end times. The 43 Bible truths covered in this course are the first out of 147 question-and-answer statements for the elementary Bible curriculum.
By introducing your first grader to these truths with the Grade 1 Bible curriculum, you will prepare them to learn and study the Bible on their own so they can know God better and have confidence in the authority of God’s Word. In this course, we hope to instill in children a love for and joy in God’s Word so they can live out the gospel in their lives.
