K5 Distance Learning teaches kindergarteners to apply their natural curiosity and start to develop a broad base of interests and gives them the basic tools they need to explore the world around them. Mrs. Rulapaugh teaches listening, oral composition, phonics, and reading comprehension while integrating art, science, and heritage studies concepts. In K5 Math, she helps your student begin to develop a solid foundation of math concepts by using creative activities, games, and colorful manipulatives.

It follows an integrated approach that includes skills for listening and responding with oral and written composition. Complete Science and Heritage Studies units are woven into the themes. The Reading Books for K5 give practice in reading skills and build comprehension and habits that further reading fluency. Songs, charts, and activities aid in teaching phonics and word meanings.
