It is a logical next step for students who completed Dimensions Math PK–5, or for students who have completed any Grade 5 math program and are ready to gain a solid foundation for higher level math. 

Dimensions Math® Grade 6 Complete Set includes all the material for an entire school year. "A" books are for the first half of the year, and "B" books are for the second half of the year.
