Easy-reading adaptations will ignite the interest of reluctant and enthusiastic readers. Each of these condensed works is arranged in a ten-chapter format with key words designed and used in context. NOTE: These are generally regarded as remedial study guides. They are high interest/low vocab to spark interest in older students who struggle in language arts.  Level 1 would appear to be a Gr.2-3 reading level. After that each level gets a little harder. By Level 5 it would seem to be about a Gr.7-8 reading level. These are appropriate for high school students who struggle in language arts.
