Life Science DVD with Books, 5th Ed

Life Science surveys the structures and functions of living things such as plants, animals, and human beings. Mr. Andrew Black teaches students about interesting scientific happenings. Students will learn principles and ideas with the help of the segment IQ’s Presentation and discover interesting developments in the scientific field in Headline Science. Concepts are unfolded as a quest to understand the life that God has created by looking at the inside of different cycles and systems, such as in the segment Guts & Stuff. Case studies, webquests, lab activities, ethics boxes, and chapter questions help students think like scientists and see life science from a biblical worldview.

Scheduling Information: Lessons average 20 minutes in length.

Being homeschooled himself, he wants his students to have an interest in learning as he did. He enjoys teaching all things science and strives to keep a balance between being concise and comprehensive as well as being engaging and fun.
